Peter Esders, Judicare 

Peter is an English Lawyer who started dealing with international law in 1994. Peter started his working career at a Trust company before becoming a Partner at a law firm which dealt exclusively with international legal issues. Peter now plays a key role in Judicare.  He studied law both in the UK and in Spain but has also been involved in legal matters involving various other different jurisdictions. Peter has been passionate about promoting the values of the AIPP over the years and has been a member of the AIPP’s Disciplinary Panel and also the AIPP Awards judging panel over the last few years. He believes that regulation is needed in the overseas property market and recognises the importance of AIPP in setting the benchmark. Peter’s legal and business experience, along with his knowledge and active involvement in the AIPP for a number of years, makes him a strong asset to the AIPP Board.

 

Tim Morgan, ERE Property

Tim started his career in accounting and finance with a major corporate employer and soon realised that his abilities would be more suited to the entrepreneurial world. In his mid 20's Tim established a specialist financial recruitment company which grew to a multi-million turnover business employing 50 staff in 5 offices across the UK. During this time Tim had been building his own property porfolio and saw an opportunity to establish a new company offering a customer focussed specialist property investment service - hence ERE Property was established in 2004 under its original brand of Emerging Real Estate. Since then the business has sold over 5000 properties in countries such as Montenegro, Brazil, Germany, Romania, Cyprus, USA, Bulgaria and more recently UK. He is proud to have held roles with AIPP for the last 3 years and is committed to helping to improve standards in this industry. His passion for property has not diminished - indeed it is stronger than ever and he believes that the opportunities for investment are as good as they have ever been. 

 

Louise Reynolds, Property Venture®

With a background of line roles in brand marketing, sales and management consultancy, Louise had a wealth of business experience before setting up her own overseas property agency Property Venture® focusing on helping buyers of European property, both investors and lifestyle home buyers, offering common-sense advice and support. As a Chartered Marketer, she takes a professional approach to her business, as well as the industry she operates in. She sets high standards and is known for operating with integrity. She has a wealth of property knowledge and insight, which is probably why she has been regularly quoted in the national and trade press giving commentary on her focus markets of Poland, Spain, Turkey and Cyprus. As a well-organised, leader, manager and straight-talking, business person, she intends to play a constructive role in building the reputation of the industry she works in, as part of the AIPP Board team.

 

Drew Beckett, Beckett Hanlon Worldwide

Drew Beckett, formally President of Sales for Zurich UK for seven consecutive years, previously held top Sales & Management posts within Liberty Life and Irish Life.At 52 he moved on from his highly successful career in the financial services sector, transferring his skills and success to international lifestyle property.In just seven years he sold more than 200 properties around the world, generating an impressive reputation for integrity and customer care. His sales strategy was and remains simple; he ensures that  the decision to buy is the right decision for the customer and when it is, he always takes care of the details of the transaction. Graham Turrell, Highground Property Investment 

After many years as a successful property developer & investor, Graham Turrell founded HighGround Property Investment in 2007. He began his working life as a "graduate engineering geek" working for companies such as IBM and going on to study Software Development at Oxford University. His early interest in real estate began by building a residential portfolio in the UK by stubbornly refusing to part with his family homes as he moved around the country! Having gone on to create a successful UK portfolio his attentions then focussed on success in the wider global property market.Graham founded HighGround in order help his clients build significant residual income streams. Research is the key and he applies the rigorous engineering disciplines of his early career to sourcing secure, profitable investments in established and emerging markets.

 

Shameem Golamy, Properstar

Shameem is former Head of Overseas at leading property portal Rightmove and a long-term advocate of the AIPP; bringing with him a wealth of experience to the AIPP board. Shameem is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Properstar, the portal which connects international buyers, with sellers of high end luxury and investment property. Properstar was launched in 2016 and has gained a following of Luxury Agents as well as Investment Specialists in hot spots around the world who want to tap into the $625b invested into international property every year. 

 

Nina Mormina, Preferred Properties Realty

Real Estate/Estate Agency has been her profession for over 20 years. She began in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with Remax Int’l Brokers, then in South Florida, USA, with Preferred Properties Int’l Realty Inc., since the year 2000. She had the wonderful opportunity to start this company with its founder and owner, and has been instrumental in its growth and development. Today, they have over 200 agents, with 5 offices throughout Florida, and they are still growing. Over the years in the USA, she has developed her own client base of Int’l Real Estate Buyer/Sellers, and Investors from outside the USA. Piermichele Guerrieri, PMG & Partners

Piermichele graduated in Political Sciences at the University of Bari (Italy) and achieved specializations in European Union Law, International Trade and Financial investments. He has been operating in Italy, Europe, America and Australia as Expert and Professor of strategies and business management, with particular skills in Internationalization, Investment attraction, Scouting, Contracting and Negotiation.
At present, he is Founder & Managing Director of PMG & Partners Ltd (London – UK), a Management and Business Consulting Company with a special division in Wealth Management; Director of Soon International Ltd (Malta), a real estate investments holding company; Director of Faster Capital (venture capital Company and incubator of innovative enterprises) for Italy; Advisor of Public Institutions, international consulting companies and family offices.He has been registered in the Rosters of some Italian Ministries (Foreign Affairs – International Trade – Economy), Unioncamere-FITA (Italian Federation of Quaternary Services), Formez; he is Member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in UK, Rotary International and several International Professional Networks (International Business Network, Strategic Business and Competitive Intelligence, Strategy Professionals Network, Professional Mentoring Group, Dallas Blue Executives, Partnership for Growth, Global Market Development Professionals).
