Associate Members, Criteria D
With 3 years' company trading in international property, you qualify for membership providing:

1. You hold all of the necessary qualifications and licenses to engage in such activity in the country to which you belong and, if this is required in the countries where the real estate is located, also in the place where the real estate is located.

2. You are of good standing.

3. You pay the appropriate fee and maintain your membership by paying the annual membership fee.

4. You commit to conduct your business in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

If you feel your company qualifies under Criteria D , you need to download and fill in our Application Form.

Associate Members, Criteria E
Without 3 years’ company trading in international property, you must show ‘extensive experience’ of the international property market to qualify for membership. What does ‘extensive experience’ mean?

1. Ideally, you should have at least 5 years' experience of the international property market.

2. If sufficiently senior (Director level, Senior Management in mid to large company, running own small company), we may be able to accept 3 years’ experience. At discretion of the Board.

   We cannot accept less than 3 years’ experience of the international property market.

   If you satisfy either I or II, you qualify for membership providing:
