AIPP at Malta Property Expo, 27 Feb – 1 Mar
On Friday 27th February, the Malta Property Expo ’09 opens at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre (MFCC), Malta’s largest international conference and exhibition venue.

Organised by AIPP Member Duplex Real Estate Branding, the event is their first after they identified the need for a new marketing platform to assist sellers in marketing their product to buyers. The show is aimed at property investors, first time buyers, families looking for a second home, and holiday home buyers, as well as anyone else interested in knowing what’s happening in Malta’s real estate industry.
 
The AIPP’s Chief Executive Paul Owen has been invited to speak at the event on its opening day. The organisers, Duplex Real Estate Branding, have been Members of the AIPP since July 2006, only 4 months after AIPP’s formation. They recognised early the benefits of a co-ordinated effort to improve standards of professionalism in the international property market.
 
Duplex has invited Owen to address a room of agents, developers and other interested parties about the work of the AIPP and how each company can benefit the industry (by helping with AIPP’s work) at the same time as enjoying the commercial benefits of AIPP membership themselves.
