Membership Fees
AIPP membership fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. VAT is chargeable to companies within the European Union who are subject to pay local taxes.
Business Members
Business membership is available to companies directly involved in the selling of international property.
- £360 (+VAT) per person per annum for companies with up to 10 people in the international property industry.
NB. If you have only 1 staff member working in international property, you pay £360 x 1 = £360 (+VAT). If you have 5 staff working in international property, you pay £360 x 5 = £1800 (+VAT).
- £3,600 (+VAT) per annum for all companies with over 10 people in the international property industry.
Associate Members
Associate membership is available to companies involved in the international property industry but not involving the selling of property. Associate members could include media owners, banks, currency specialists, advertising agencies, Public Relations companies, removals firms, insurance companies etc.
- £900 (+VAT) per annum for companies with up to 10 people in the international property industry.
- £1,800 (+VAT) per annum for companies with over 10 people in the international property industry.
Provisional Members
AIPP provides a level of membership for companies new to the industry, who do not yet hold the necessary experience to qualify for full membership of the Association. Read our qualification requirements for full details.
- Provisional Business Members: £150 (+VAT) per person per annum for companies with up to 10 people in the international property industry; £1500 (+VAT) per annum for all companies with 10 people or more in the international property industry.
- Provisional Associate Members: £450 (+VAT) per annum for companies with up to 10 people in the international property industry; £900 (+VAT) per annum for all companies with 11 people or more in the international property industry.
