Jobs for Property Professionals New specialised online job boards for all Associations

Each of the six divisions of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) has just launched a new online job board, listing jobs specific to their industry sector. The new job boards bring key advantages to our members and the industry at large; for both jobseekers and employers. The aim is to simplify finding vacancies/candidates in the specialised industry sectors that we represent – estate agency, letting agency, auctioneering and valuing, commercial business transfer agency and international property.

Property industry specific

The new job boards stand out from other job search sites because they are specific to our industry. Each job board is relevant to the division’s specialisms (i.e. the NAEA job board will display estate agency jobs and NAVA will display auctioneering listings); however there are relevant crossovers, for example between estate agency and commercial property agency. This means that jobseekers need no longer spend time filtering out the jobs and industries that aren’t relevant to them and employers won’t find themselves sifting through CVs which don’t contain the required skills.

Jobseekers – find the perfect job

The boards boast a number of handy features to help jobseekers in their hunt – all completely free! You can set up job alerts meaning that you are immediately notified any time a job is posted that matches your skills or interests. You can also create a jobseeker profile and upload your anonymous resumé to allow employers to come to you. The job board protects your confidential information – your identity and personal contact information remain confidential until you are ready to reveal it. You can search by factors such as location and job function, and also access job searching tools and tips to help improve your prospects.

Employers – find the best candidate

Property professionals are busy people, and finding the perfect job candidate can be a time-consuming process... therefore the job boards are the perfect solution to help fill vacancies quickly, and with the best talent. You can also easily post job listings, manage jobs and applicants, and limit applications to only those who are qualified, using a pre-screen filter. If you wish to search more actively for candidates, you can search our resume database of qualified candidates. There is a cost to employer members: for single job postings, job posting subscriptions and viewing CVs, for example a single job posting will cost you £149 (non members: £199).
