Our operation is built around service from the moment a customer asks for a quote from us. Furthermore, we assist with the claims process from start to finish – it’s one of our service USPs that gives our customers reassurance. They have a single point of contact from the moment a claim is opened through to its resolution, which means we don’t need to go through insurers which can speed up the claims process.

We also only use English-speaking, locally-based loss adjusters to investigate claims. They can be ‘on the ground’ within hours, rather than days. They have the benefit of local knowledge and can utilise their contacts to help our customers to get back on their feet far quicker. We don’t just ‘pay money’ to our customers. We look after them, working with them to ensure they get a bespoke service from people they can trust.

Intasure has made its name providing specialist holiday home and second home insurance for UK and international customers, providing comprehensive cover for holiday homes, chalets, apartments, park homes and even static caravans.
