AIPP Business Members are advised to join us in our next online training session on complaint handling, to be hosted by the Deputy Property Ombudsman, to help reassure and secure your more nervous clients. This training session will be run in late February / early March and the session recorded for later viewing. Several case studies of complaints will be presented and discussed and, for those attending live, opportunity to discuss some of the issues you may have faced, or theoretical scenario’s you would like answer to.
Business Members are those directly selling property to the public and include estate agents and property developers. Please remember that handling a complaint properly will reduce the chance of referral to the Ombudsman or the courts, save you time and maintain (and sometimes even enhance) your reputation.
