Peter Robinson AIPP Executive Chairman

Peter helped set up AIPP in 2006, drawing upon his background in marketing, media, estate agency, property development & research from a number of industry sectors including property, automotive & retail. Peter served as a Director of AIPP, initially, from 2006 – 2010, whilst running his own international development consultancy business, and has been AIPP Chairman and a Director again since 2013. Peter passionately believes that by championing the cause of the consumer great opportunities open up for business to best serve them in a mutually beneficial way – ‘doing well by doing good’.

Travelling all over Europe in his career and expat for several years both in the Middle East and Spain, Peter has worked in the cross-border property industry since 2001.

Peter Esders Judicare Law International

AIPP Deputy Chairman of Advisory Board – based in the UK

Peter is an English Lawyer who began dealing with international law in 1994. Peter started his working career at a Trust Company before becoming a partner at a law firm which dealt exclusively with international legal issues. Peter now plays a key role in Judicare. He studied law both in the UK and in Spain but has also been involved in legal matters involving various other different jurisdictions. Peter has been passionate about promoting the values of the AIPP over the years and has been a member of the AIPP’s Disciplinary Panel and also the AIPP Awards judging panel over the last few years. He believes that regulation is needed in the overseas property market and recognises the importance of AIPP in setting the benchmark. Peter’s legal and business experience, along with his knowledge and active involvement in the AIPP for a number of years, makes him a strong asset to the AIPP Board.

Tim Morgan ERE Property

Tim started his career in accounting and finance with a major corporate employer and soon realised that his abilities would be more suited to the entrepreneurial world. John Clark FIRRV, has an extensive background in Local Government Finance and worked in the same industry for 28 years and was a member of a national body advising Central & Local Government on a variety of topics.

Originally from West London, John and his wife Sue lived in West Yorkshire with their two sons, before purchasing a holiday apartment in Spain via Sapphire Properties in 2009. Four years later they completed the purchase of Sapphire Properties when the former owners of the business retired, and they have lived in Spain since 2015. They have resisted the temptation to use the catchphrase “we liked it so much we bought the company!”

John was instrumental in the development of the AIPP regional ambassadors and was the inaugural AIPP regional ambassador for the Costa Blanca South. He has spoken for the AIPP at regional meetings and at events such as A Place in The Sun – Live.

Dan Miller Roccabox

Dan is a Director of Roccabox in the Costa Del Sol, Spain now with a team of 14 people. Since 2014, Dan has built a background in property rentals to which he has added marketing of exclusive new property builds and resales. Highlighting the very cosmopolitan area that Dan and the team call home, his international team speak English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Dutch and Flemish to ensure clients can be comfortable in their mother tongue.

Christofer Fogelberg StartGroup Real Estate

Christofer Fogelberg moved from his native Sweden to Spain in 1999. After attending the University of Malaga to perfect the Spanish language he started in the Real Estate industry as a Junior Sales Executive in one of the largest Spanish Estate Agencies in 2001. After two years of advancement Christofer felt that working in a large organisation was strangling his will to give the customers the quality of service and help they deserved. On that basis he founded StartGroup Real Estate in 2003 and the business has been doing excellently since the start, even though the financial crisis. This downturn in the market Christofer took as an opportunity to strengthen the company’s position. As a firm believer in customer care and top quality service StartGroup has implemented training programs with external certifications for all staff since 2014, including AML and GDPR. The main goal – to have a high level of customer satisfaction – has proven a success with a high percentage of referral and return clients. As well as operating as a traditional Estate Agency, StartGroup has since 2015 taken on several master-agency contracts for promoters on the Costa del Sol, both for marketing, sales, AML prevention and quality control.

Stephen is a native of Dublin, Ireland living in the Costa Almeria, Spain for almost 20 years. He is a Licensed Property Service Provider and Auctioneer operating in both Ireland and Spain in the Real Estate sector.
