Please take 5 minutes to answer our short survey on AIPP Member Training - help us create client value for you and sell more property
Introduction
One of the core aims of AIPP is to help raise standards of professionalism and knowledge in the international property industry. We would like your input to help guide us in delivery of this for you and your clients. Can you please spare 5 minutes now to tell us what you think in our short survey? Survey starts below this background briefing:
Background
AIPP is currently consulting with the UK Housing Ministry (MHCLG) on Government-initiated proposals to regulate estate agents in the UK. This could include foreign-based agents visiting the UK to sell foreign property as well as UK-based agents selling foreign property to Brits.
Whilst the outcomes of this consultation with the UK Housing Ministry may not impact all AIPP members in a regulatory sense, it is our intention to use this opportunity to deliver, as best practice, to all AIPP members (in all 31 countries members are), the potential to improve industry standards. Such training would give AIPP members a further, tangible and credible point of difference with a training accreditation endorsed by AIPP and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, to assist your marketing.
