A short history of how we came into being and our journey so far...

2006 – AIPP was launched in January 2006 by a group of like-minded industry professionals with an elected Board of Directors registered at UK Companies House.

2012 – AIPP was acquired in October 2012 by the National Federation of Property Professionals NFOP (now trading as propertymark).

2013 – Peter Robinson, former AIPP Board Director 2006-2010, was hired as CEO by the AIPP Board and commenced his new full-time position in June 2013.

2015 – Peter, with the support of owners, propertymark and the AIPP Board, divested AIPP from propertymark in June 2015 and took AIPP into private ownership. The current Board of AIPP, by popular consensus, stood-down as registered Directors at Companies House and immediately reformed into the new Advisory Board, as exists today.

Peter continues to guide the AIPP in the common interest of its members, and the public it serves, with input, support and oversight from the current nine elected members of the AIPP Advisory Board.
