As our name suggests 1st Casa specialises in sourcing and advising clients on buying their first and subsequent new build home in Spain. Our primary objective is to offer our clients a professional end to end Spanish property solution. Our team cover the Costa Blanca North and South, Costa Calida (Murcia) and the Costa Del Sol regions in Spain. We understand that buying a property in your own country can be difficult enough, however when buying overseas it can be even more bewildering and stressful. This is why we pride ourselves on our bespoke service explaining and incorporating all the aspects required before, during and after your transaction. Our internal and external professional partners will work with you in your own language to make sure it’s carried out in the most transparent and cost-efficient way. We are a team of experienced Spanish property professionals who have lived and worked in Spain for over 20 years. During this time, we have sourced and guided thousands of satisfied clients through the process of buying their dream home in Spain. In our initial consultation we will explain all the processes and costs involved and obtain a detailed brief of your property requirements. Following on from this we will send you a selection of properties matching your search criteria. 1st Casa is a fully licenced real estate brokerage. In 2022 under the Valencian Decree requirements of 98/2022 all real estate agencies must have qualified for the Valencian Real Estate certificate and be registered by October 2023 so they can trade legally. Furthermore, we are members of the Association of International Property Professionals and API the National Association of Real Estate Agents to ensure we uphold the national and international real estate code of conduct. |
