With over 15 years of real estate experience in Spain we are now rebranding and modernising our existing business. Dolphen Homes Inmo presently covers inland areas south of Valencia and about an hour north of Alicante. We are based in Onteniente which is a lovely traditional inland city just an hour from the coast.
We do not have fancy cars and our modest office in the centre of town only fits about 2 guests at a time. It has been that way for 15 years and there is no reason to change it yet. We like to keep things simple and spend all our efforts and investment to our clients.

Mentioning just a few words to him will easily respond in “OK no problem, I will sort that”. In transferring all kind of contracts (water/electricity) and bank-issues, he can easily assist. Ze hebben niet alleen op een prettige en professionele manier geholpen bij het vinden van een, voor ons, fantastisch huis maar zijn ook buitengewoon behulpzaam bij het helpen en verwerken van de hele papierwinkel die komt kijken bij het kopen van een huis in Spanje. En wat zeker het vermelden waard is, is de geweldige nazorg die geleverd wordt. Onze ervaring is dat, zelfs weken na de overdracht, Marijse en Julian, buitengewoon behulpzaam zijn bij het beantwoorden van allerlei vragen die na de aankoop van het huis opdoen. Of dat het nu om de energieaansluiting gaat, om iemand die de toegangspoort kan repareren, om een tuinman, maakt allemaal niet uit. Ze doen hun uiterste best om je te helpen. Als je een huis wilt kopen in Spanje: absoluut aan te bevelen. Toppers zijn het!

What a fantastic experience buying our future home through Los Hildickos Julian and Marijse have 'hand held' us all the way through the process and have been first rate with excellent communication. All of our e-mails with questions and queries, however minor, have been addressed quickly and professionally and any calls returned promptly. Even after the sale they are both on hand to advise and support and their local knowledge and contacts are invaluable.
