Added to this is the complexity of a new build and the lack of experience with the many different stages of the process. Our doubts, reservations and fears were quickly overcome from the moment we met Thomas Kummer. He introduced us to English speaking lawyers, helped guide us through the many phases of the project, updated us at multiple points with photographs of the property, introduced us to furniture specialists, and helped with the multiple interior and exterior design choices. Thomas was our single point of contact for all of the above and many, many more items, where he managed to calmly explain and guide us through the processes. No question, big or small, was an issue. "Hello, to all possible future property owners in Spain, Las Colinas. We, Sandra and Uwe, have been looking for a suitable "golf course property" in Spain for quite some time. Friends of ours, south of Málaga, convinced us with their concept of living (Spain - Germany), but the area south of Málaga is only accessible to us from Stuttgart with a change of train or via Frankfurt. That's why we opted for the area around Alicante (direct flight from Stuttgart). But now to our recommendation. After we had responded to some interesting online ads, from the first enquiry came within only 10 min. (Sunday afternoon!), a qualified answer to our questions about the object. The answer came from Las Colinas, from Thomas K. the local real estate agent.... This unbelievable service continues to this day (we already bought some time ago).... All questions regarding the property, the possible purchase process, the golf course, this and that, were quickly answered by Thomas at short notice, professionally and with his incredibly calm and unobtrusive manner. After about 2 weeks we decided to plan a "look and see". Again, with great support from "our" estate agent. Thomas - that's how it felt for us, through you - as if we were your only customers. 100% focused, always helpful and incredibly competent. But buying a property in another country .... we weren't 100% sure if we were doing everything right here.... A bank - Sabadell - with German branch management (dear Mrs. B. - here again 1000 thanks to you), German-speaking legal support (Mari - also 1000 thanks to you), as well as constant monitoring of the entire process by Thomas, made our dream possible. The whole process went super unproblematic (with these partners a real pleasure ...). We are definitely pleased to have encountered such a professional team.
