LEGAL ADVICE
We can offer you access to the following services for your property purchase in Spain.

Obtaining a Number of Identification for Foreigners (or N.I.E.)

"What an amazing buying experience! My husband and I were looking for a holiday home on the Costa Blanca. We met with Ian Harris, who we found to be professional and knowledgeable. We had never purchased a property abroad before, and were feeling a little daunted, but Ian's friendly manner soon put us at ease. He spent time really getting to know us, and what we wanted. He set up various viewings over several days, and drove us to each one. He gave us plenty of time and space to view at our leisure, we never ever felt rushed! Once we had found our perfect holiday home, Ian submitted an offer on our behalf....we were due to fly home later that day, but Ian was fabulous! He drove us to a local bank so we could open a Spanish bank account. He took us to get photos for our NIE applications. He helped us to find an English and Spanish speaking solicitor, where we were able to visit the Notary to put a 'power of attorney' in place. He even set up a meeting with a representative from a local foreign exchange company to put our minds at rest about transferring large amounts of funds to Spain! It was a whirlwind of a day, but with Ian's professional expertise, we were able to fly home knowing everything had been done correctly, so we didn't need to return to Spain until our purchase was complete.....unless we wanted to!!
